Over a third of agents miss six-hour proposal window

More than one in three estate agency proposals are sent after the six-hour window associated with higher instruction conversion rates, according to research analysing over 123,000 proposals. The study found regional variations, with the North West achieving the fastest turnaround at 2 hours 41 minutes, while Scotland took 5 hours 21 minutes.
