Property management group Dwelly has acquired Kensington-based lettings agency Shaws, marking its ninth acquisition in 2026. The deal adds approximately 250 fully managed properties to Dwelly’s portfolio, bringing the group’s total properties under management to more than 14,000 nationwide.
