Assetz Capital has provided a £2.3 million development facility for a six-unit bungalow scheme in Leintwardine, Herefordshire, after the original lender withdrew on the scheduled completion date. The 16-month facility supports developer Marches Homes in constructing six new eco-dormer detached bungalows.
